A DEMOCRATIC APPEAL
We strongly feel – as you surely do – that those who seek to lead our nation should stand above all reproach. A leader aspiring to lead India, owes it to its citizens to prove his innocence – specially if he has never been cross examined. The Indian citizens have a right to be sure that their future Prime Minister, and a present Chief Minister, is not susceptible to blackmail by any minister, officer or political worker..
The following electronic petition jointly signed by the noted Gandhian, Shri Chunibhai Vaidya, the distinguished lawyer-activist, Shri Girish Patel and the illustrious artiste-activist Dr Mallika Sarabhai, amongst others, appeals to Mr Narendra Modi to execute an Affidavit swearing his innocence proactively.
If you admire him please request him, and if you decry him please challenge him to sign this affidavit. After all, it only seeks to establish what the Constitution of India requires him to uphold.
